Over the past several years, we have represented or consulted with clients on six continents. This represents every inhabited continent on the planet…or does it? Well I did some research on Antarctica. I have a five year old son who recently studied the continents in preschool. As he was running around the house chanting the continents, he got to the last one, Ant-art-ica (as he would say it) That got me to thinking. Aren’t there some American scientists down in Antarctica? The Ross Ice Shelf rings some sort of bell way back in my mind. After I did my research, I found that there are actually three full time science stations in Antarctica manned by U.S. scientists.
