In a landmark move, the Florida House of Representatives has proposed the most wide-ranging tax cuts that amount to $690 million. They have even called it the “#NoTaxIsSafe” tax cut package. Some of the features include:
A potential savings of up to $43 per year in Internet, cable and cell phone charges
A July 4th tax-free day for camping, fishing and hunting equipment including guns and ammunition
Tax cuts for college textbooks that may reduce students’ expenditure on textbooks by up to $300 over a 4-year college program
