No one is above the law. Criminal activity knows know color, culture or gender lines. When an IRS agents is arrested for child porn, things get serious in a hurry.
Three IRS employees were recently arrested on charges of theft, child solicitation and embezzlement. Where? Davidson County, Tennessee. One of the three IRS employees, Jeremiah Beaty was arrested in August on child porn charges. Observers following the case find it odd that Beaty is still allowed to work for the IRS while the charges are pending. As such, he still has access to the IRS Intranet.
Beaty was arrested on charges of having more than 1000 images of child pornography and 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor of more than 100 items in his possession. Beaty accessed the pornography from his workstation computer.
Nashville police caught wind of Beaty while they were investigating a file-sharing network. The network was traced back to Beaty’s computer.
