www.dailyamerican.com — By transferring more than $1 million from a fund balance to the general fund, Berlin Brothersvalley school administrators have avoided a tax increase for at least one more year.
The school board voted Tuesday to pass a tentative 2015-16 school year budget that keeps taxes steady at 27.5 mills. The $12.1 million spending plan is similar to previous budgets, business manager Greg Beals said.
