www.tampabay.com — After hinting for months that the city needs to consider raising property taxes, City Manager Shane Crawford acknowledged Tuesday that such an increase is an “extreme possibility.”
“The city should consider putting money back into our reserves and creating a fund that gives us the flexibility to address future infrastructure issues,” Crawford said after a commission workshop called to discuss setting new financial policies for the city.
