A veteran group\u2019s non-profit status was revoked by the IRS<\/a> after it was discovered that they sold tickets to a Trump rally to raise funds for veterans. The IRS\u2019s decision was also based on the fact that group failed to file tax returns for three consecutive years.<\/p>\n

As expected, the group is attempting to appeal the IRS\u2019s decision, even though failing to provide proof of how much money the group has collected over the years and how it spends its money. The law requires that these types of records be made available to the public.<\/p>\n

Many companies, individuals, and non-profits fail to disclose their earnings. By any means, this is an infraction of IRS rules and regulations. <\/span><\/p>\n

While people often try and evade the responsibility, there are always ramifications when it comes time to explain why no payments have been sent over several years. The best plan of action is to stay on top of the laws.<\/p>\n
