www.tampabay.com \u2014 Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano on Monday raised the possibility of a fiscal doomsday — the start of a new fiscal year on July 1 with no budget in place. Legislative leaders have said they won’t let that happen, but the House and Senate are locked in a bitter stalemate and it appears at the moment that a budget<\/a> would not be completed until June.<\/p>\n
